The offending code is in the stylesheet 'style.css', under themes/k2 .secondary ul, .secondary ol, .secondary div div { margin: 5px 0 0; padding-left: 0; } The bit that says 'margin: 5px' is doing it. You could try replacing that with a '0', but other stuff may not look right. Unfortunately, I can't test that myself.
